Beyond his professional accomplishments, Morgenstern Law Group's senior partner remains an active member of numerous industry organizations. In October of 2017, Robert Morgenstern was recognized as a Champion of Justice by Loyola Law Schools Civil Justice Program. Mr. Morgenstern served as Vice President of LA-ABOTA in 2018 and President in 2019. Mr. Morgenstern also served as President of the California Defense Counsel for 2013; is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and Litigation Counsel of America; and is former Chairman of the Board of Hathaway Children's and Family Services. Mr. Morgenstern is rated among the top 5 percent of attorneys in his areas of expertise, and has been named as a California Super Lawyers by his peers from 2009-Present.
Morgenstern Law Group was founded by senior partner Robert Morgenstern. Mr. Morgenstern, upon passing the bar, decided to focus his practice on general civil liability defense cases.
Over the past 30 years, Morgenstern Law Group has added key partners and associates to the firm, all of whom bring a varied expertise in the areas of adult and elder abuse, auto and trucking litigation, employment disputes, general civil litigation for both public and private entities, insurance coverage and defense, among others.
Today, Morgenstern Law Group continues to affirm its dedication to its clients through solid preparation, forceful persuasion, tenacious follow-up, experienced advocacy, and good judgment. The firm has amassed three decades of litigation experience and provides direct litigation services to private, self-insured corporations, as well as individuals and professionals.
