At a recent meeting of the Executive Committee, a secret ballot vote was taken to select the next recipient of the prestigious Lee B. Wenzel Civility Award, and we are proud to announce that Bob Morgenstern was selected as the awardee. 

The firm has been recognized for its contributions to the advancement of the defense prospective in the California Civil Justice System. For 2013, senior partner Robert Morgenstern has been named as President of the organization. The California Defense Counsel represents the interests of the Defense Bar and their clients in Sacramento.

Robert Morgenstern, Ninos Saroukhanioff, and Christopher Johnson have all received membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates due to their high degree of personal character and honorable reputation in their fields.

Chris Johnson will serve as President of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California & Nevada (ADCNCN) in 2021. He is also on the Board of Directors of the California Defense Counsel, the political arm of the ADCNCN.

Ninos Saroukhanioff is slated to be the President of ASCDC(Association of Southern California Defense Counsel) in 2023.
